Santiago Peluffo Soneyra is London-based Latin American bilingual researcher, community organiser, journalist and writer.
He has been researching and liaising with various BAME communities in different areas of London for the past five years. He is passionate about equality, migration and identity, political analysis, campaigning and social media.
His research and journalistic experience expand over 15 years, after a career as a reporter and editor for several print and online media and international news agencies in Latin America and the UK.
Holds a BA in Journalism. In 2012, he was awarded the prestigious Chevening Scholarship by the British Council to study the MA in Political Communication at University of Leeds.
He is also Programme Co-director at Latin Elephant, a South London-based registered charity campaigning for the rights of BAME communities, in particular Latin Americans, in processes of urban regeneration.
