Our practical work in Aylesbury Vale is now well under way. We have been handing out surveys and chatting to residents on a new mixed tenure housing estate, trying to get a sense of how people are feeling about their new environment and what role community services and local infrastructure have played in helping them find their feet. This week we also conducted some more detailed interviews with key stakeholders in the development process. Some really interesting themes and questions are starting to emerge.
