Nicola Bacon will be speaking at the European Public Health Conference 2018 in Ljubljlana, on "Measuring resilience across individual, community, and system levels."
This will focus on Social Life's work on measuring community resilience, which takes as its starting point the Wellbeing and Resilience Measurement Framework - WARM - developed by the Young Foundation.
