Social Life was appointed by Team London Bridge, working with Southwark Council, to carry out a socio-economic baseline of the area around St Thomas Street, close to London Bridge station.
The research informed the creation of a Social Regeneration Charter for the area, which aims to make sure that the physical changes in the area are mirrored by positive social change for residents.
We created a set of indicators which can be used to monitor the impact of the changes in the area over time.
