Blackwall Reach Trust have commissioned Social Life to carry out a baseline study of the Blackwall Reach development that is replacing the Robin Hood Gardens Estate in Tower Hamlets.
The research, in August to September 2021, will be based on street interviews, walking ethnographies and conversations with local stakeholders.
