Somerleyton Road is an under-used site in the centre of Brixton that is being redeveloped by Lambeth Council in partnership with Brixton Green and Ovalhouse theatre. Social Life was commissioned by Brixton Green to run a series of deliberative workshops to involve local people and businesses in developing detailed and realistic plans for the site.
This report describes the discussions and conclusions from Social Life's community consultation work, including 12 action planning workshops and two community events that took place between January and May 2013.
