The regeneration of the South Kilburn Estate started over 20 years ago. It is now entering a new phase and in 2026 a single developer will be appointed to take forward the masterplan.
Social Life is supporting South Kilburn residents to take part in the procurement process for the next stages of the regeneration. We are training and supporting five people living on the estate to play a role within the procurement process. These residents have been selected after an open call across the estate to set up a new Independent Resident Group.
