Social infrastructure: enabling social inclusion

333

Social Life and Hawkins Brown have been commissioned by the GLA to carry out a research inquiry into the role of social infrastructure in enabling social integration and supporting inclusive growth for London.

This work is part of the GLA's Good Growth by Design programme. It seeks to inform the implementation of Mayoral policy and related strategies, thought leadership on social integration in London, and future investment into London’s places and neighbourhoods.

The research will include developing detailed case studies and carrying out intensive research in three neighbourhoods to investigate how both formal, and informal, social infrastructure are being used by Londoners to support social integration.
