This report summarises the results of an ethnography carried out at Walworth Living Room in July 2023. We explored themes around how the space is experienced by its visitors and how it relates to other sources of support and connections in Walworth.
This was part of Social LIfe's work as evaluation and learning partner for We Walworth. We saw how the welcoming and accepting space offered by the Walworth Living Room supported We Walworth's engagement with local communities and how people using the Living Room became involved with We Walworth's work.
We Walworth was a partnership between Pembroke House, Southwark Council and other local agencies.
