This report describes a social value assessment of the impact of the regeneration of the Cambridge Road Estate in Kingston-upon-Thames. This explores the impact of changes in the physical environment on wellbeing and everyday life, and how residents feel about the plans to redevelop the estate.

The assesssment was commissioned by Cambridge Road LLP, a joint venture between RB Kingston-upon-Thames and Vistry. It reported to the Community Board who fed into the design of the research and the recommendations.
It is based on a door-to-door survey, walking interviews, converstaions with stakeholders and a site survey. The reserach took place betwen autumn 2024 and spring 2025.
